Located conveniently near Prospect Park and central to Park Slope, 535 4th Avenue offers a strong community to its residents. The 10-story property includes 148 shelter units operated by the nonprofit Women in Need (WIN). The project is part of the “Turning the Tide on Homelessness in New York City” initiative, which moves to provide housing to needy individuals and families within their own communities. In addition to shelter, WIN provides case management, security, and social workers.
