GALERIE, designed by ODA with interiors by Paris Forino Interior Design, sits directly across from MoMA PS1 at 22-18 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City and marks Adam America’s first project in Queens. The 11-story, 182-residence building will feature a striking façade of concrete, brick and glass along with three unique architectural glazing styles punched, curtain wall and window wall – creating artful living and diversity both in its exterior architecture and in its residential experience inside. GALERIE features a curated art program for residents and the community through its ArtBox; a permanent street-level rotating art exhibit at the sales gallery and the building. Additional amenities include a private, off-street porte cochere entrance; art-filled lobby attended 24/7; full-size indoor pool opening onto a landscaped central courtyard; fitness center and movement studio; library with books selected from the MoMA PS1 bookstore; lounge; party room; children's playroom; pet spa; stroller storage; secure bike storage; and expansive rooftop terrace.
