Adam America Real Estate honors Long Island City's vibrant artistic past at their new condominium, Galerie, with ArtBox—a permanent rotating street-level exhibit showcasing local talent, currently by Tel Aviv artists Dede and Nitzan Mintz. The building’s landscaped courtyard, anchored by an Allen Glatter sculpture, reinforces the tribute (though it’s for residents only), while publicly celebrating creative legacy amid a luxury development.
